Deephos - Improving the sensitivity and specificity of TMT-labeled phosphopeptide identification using deep learning ( Software download )
Deephos, a predicted Spectral DataBase (pSDB) search engine to improve both sensitivity and specificity of TMT-labeled phosphopeptide identification, complementing standard database searches. The pSDB is a specialized spectral library consisting of predicted MS/MS spectra of all possible theoretical phosphopeptides.
